• Availability: sign up on the website here https://www.surveyjunkie.com/.
• Rundown on How to Earn Points….
  • Take surveys for points.
  • Log-in to see what surveys are available. The topic, estimated time to complete the survey, and points you can receive if completed successfully is listed with each survey available to you on your main account homepage.
    • Note that you may not always qualify.
    • Fill out your profile questionnaires to get rewarded with some points for doing so, AND to get surveys better suited for you.
  • Refer friends.
  • Other rewardable actions, such as panels.
    • Honestly, the site is a bit vague here.
• Who can join? Anyone over the age of 13 that is a resident of the United States, Canada, or Australia.
• Payout minimum: 1,000 points (or $10).
• Payout method: redeem points for an e-giftcard (U.S. residents only), cash using PayPal (all countries – at least if eligible to participate on this site), or direct deposit through Dwolla (U.S. residents only).
• Welcome bonus: Yes. Get 25 points when you sign up.

2. FusionCash

• Rundown: This is a mix of surveys and other tasks. See my post on earning by watching videos for more information on this website.

• A Positive NOTE ABOUT THE FORUM: Have questions once you join? Check out the in-site forum to get answers from other users and site moderators.
• ***HUGE NOTE ABOUT EXPIRATION POINTS**** Per the FAQs, account credits expire if not cashed out within 180 days of being credited. So this is not one you can forget about and come back to later. Or you will lose out on your points.
• Payout minimum: $25
  • $15 of which cannot be from bonus credits. Bonus credits will have a green cross/plus sign + image next to them.
• Payout timing:
  • To get paid out, upon meeting the minimum, you must first request to cash out.
  • You will be paid out on the 20th day of the FOLLOWING month that you submit this request.
  • Request on January 15? or January 30th? Then payout will be February 20th in either case. A bit confusing.
• Payout Method: Currently, they offer payments through PayPal (US & CA), Direct Deposit (US Only), and Check (US Only). No matter which method you choose, there are no fees or costs.

3. Prolific.ac

  • You can also visit the site directly to register at https://prolific.ac/ and input my referral code upon signing up – G6MAQIRN.
• Rundown:
  • Prolific.ac is a website that offers surveys based on the profile questions you fill out upon signing up.
  • They pay well for the time it takes, but they are not always plentiful. For example, I can usually do the ones available in less than an hour.
• Referral Program? YES.
  • Per the site’s explanation on this:
    • ” If a researcher uses your referral code when they register we will credit your accounts with 20% (10% each) of the value of their first study. e.g. if your colleague runs a study worth £1,000 we will split £200 between you as a bonus.

    • If you refer a participant we will credit your account with 10% of the value of their first cashout. E.g. If they earn £50 on Prolific we will credit your account with £5.

    • There’s a maximum reward of £250 per researcher referral and a maximum of £5 per participant referral.”

• Payout/Payment Method: When you get to a balance of £5.00, you can have it sent to PayPal or Circle.
  • NOTE on timing: it does take a few days to show up in PayPal (based off my experience). Also, since it is not in my standard currency, I had to click on it and opt to have it converted to U.S. dollars once it was in my account (both sent and then shown as available).
  • So if you are wondering why it is not reflected in your balance, this could be why.
• Types of Surveys: A lot of the surveys are academic research surveys. They CAN be on sensitive subjects.
• A Note About the Profile Questions: 
  • The profile questionnaires at the beginning can take a while, but it helps. Why? You see surveys you qualify for – so no having to fill that out just to have it disqualify you later.
  • It may result in less surveys, but I think it is a much better use of time.

4. ZapSurveys

• What is it? A website and app.
  • Use one or the other (or both!) to do surveys and other tasks.

• Referral Program? Yes. Share your link and get 45 cents for each referral (friend gets 75 cents). You can also share on social media for some more.
• Rundown: How you can earn….
  • Surveys
  • Daily check-ins
    • I like these because it is simple and usually clicking a button or maybe watching a short video.
    • Not much payout for doing so, but it is so quick and easy. Also, you can get rewards if you do so everyday for a streak. 
  • Completing various tasks
    • Say check in for a certain number of days; make $1 on PeanutSurveys; refer 2 friends; etc. 
    • Earn enough in-app points via these tasks that will change as you complete them and get more money.
  • Referrals
    • Refer friends or share this app via social media.
  • Location rewards
    • These are cool but do require your location services on. I have not seen an issue with my battery life but I do not always get notified of them until I passed the location (only matters sometimes).
    • It is usually just looking at a quick ad.
    • Very quick way and one of my favorite things about this app.
• Payout minimum: Yes.
  • Need a balance of $25 to get paid out. 
• Payout method: PayPal.

5. YouGov

• Rundown: this is a survey site. But a very good one for the points you get per survey. 
• Referral Program? Yes. Share your link after signing  up and both you and your friend will get extra points. 
• Pro: very fair payout (in terms of points that can be redeemed for gift cards) based off survey length.
  • more than fair. This one is great here.
• Downside? 
  • Expect a lot of emails. Again, I would recommend another email account for all survey type websites or apps you use.
  • Once you get to a few, you will agree. It is harder when you really like some – like I like this one! But, the emails get shuffled with other emails as ell.
• Payout method: Redeem points earned for various gift cards. They change based on value of gift card.
