My Favorite Spring Cleaning Products – Affordable and Great Year-Round
It is no secret I love to have a very clean apartment. Not just based off of the season. But, here are some of my favorite spring cleaning products that are both affordable and can help keep your home clean year-round. Bonus: they are also quick and easy fixes to clean up your place in a hurry.
Spring Cleaning – Some of My Favorite Products to Use Right Now (or all the time)
Moosoo Cordless Vacuum Cleaner
So I must admit I never thought I would care much about having a vacuum cleaner that was cordless. Until well I got one. I had spent so much time looking for another vacuum cleaner and top of my list was one that was great for both hardwood and carpet surfaces. While you can search for these, when you read the descriptions, you often find they are not good for both of these surfaces! So, this is one we found and I love it.

The cordless part makes it a breeze to move around rooms. Seriously. Itis almost as though you are not even doing anything besides walking.

Also, it works very well – on both hardwood, kitchen floors, and carpet. Additionally, it comes with some attachments that let you get to vents you may not be able to reach – or ones you can that need some cleaning. And attachments or a smaller break-off unit that allows you to get hard to reach spots. Plus, it comes with a hair clip device so if you have someone with longer hair, you can snip it off really easy. And the actual compartment that collects what you vacuum is very easy to empty.
But, back to speaking of hard to reach spots, this sleek design makes it so much easier to vacuum underneath furniture (which in turn I have noticed a HUGE decrease in dust elsewhere). Plus, the lights do indeed help!
It is small enough to easily fit into a closet easily and very sleek – as pictured here on the far right in the front coat closet:
Then all you need to do is plug it in to charge it (no cord required) – which you can choose to hang up with the hook they provide or not. It does not take long or much space, so we chose not to.

Microfiber Cleaning / Dust Cloths
These things are awesome and so great at a quick wipe down of surfaces to grab up the dust. Really I can do this for a room in about 5 minutes and see a huge difference. Reasonably priced too on Amazon here:

Swiffer WetJet
So I love swiffer wetjet. Why? It is so easy to use and affordable. Plus, it is very effective!! What else is there to love more than getting something that quickly gives a sparkly shine to your apartment floor in little to no time at all?

Others of My Favorite Spring Cleaning Supplies
Well of course I love disinfecting wipes, but they are a bit hard to come by these days. You can though find some good cleaning sprays and tip – if you cannot find paper towels, use tissues. Or a washcloth (saved for only cleaning surfaces, not dishes or hands) and wash it after each use.
Mr. Clean Magic Erasers are another that I love.
And Windex cleaning wipes have become a recent favorite of mine.
Also, I have gotten into the more specific cleaning materials, such as sprays and wipes for granite tops and stainless steel cleaners. To me, I notice a bigger difference.
